White Flag is a sugarcane process decaf coffee produced by Ana Mustafá on her family-run estate near Pereira in the coffee-growing region of Colombia. Decaffeinated at origin using the natural sugarcane (EA) process, the coffee retains its sweetness and structure while offering a smooth, satisfying cup without the caffeine.
After years of loudly insisting we’d never release a decaf, we’ve officially surrendered. Consider this our white flag. Thankfully, this one makes the decision easy: sweet, balanced, and genuinely delicious.
In the cup, expect rich raisin sweetness layered with warm brown sugar and a soft pear finish. Comforting and mellow, White Flag is a decaf that works just as well in the evening as it does in the morning.
