A rotating seasonal combination of Washed South American and Natural African coffees. Tightrope will serve as Procession’s primary espresso offering, but also makes a tasty floral filtered cup (see recipe below).

V60 Recipe: 18G of medium ground coffee (20 Baratza Encore) with a 45G bloom.
