This is Rusizi, a naturally processed Rwandan coffee from the Muhari Washing Station in the country’s Western Province. Grown between 1,450–1,900 meters above sea level by over 450 smallholder farmers, this lot features a mix of Red Bourbon and Jackson varietals—cherries picked at peak ripeness and dried slowly on raised beds for 22 days.

Expect a layered and expressive cup: grape taffy and ripe strawberry up front, followed by a soft, sweet finish of vanilla wafer. It's juicy. It's nostalgic. It tastes like fruit candy in a good way.
