This is Cima Inga, a washed process single origin coffee from the Aponte Reserve, grown by the Inga community on indigenous land high in the mountains of Nariño, Colombia.

Clean and structured with some juicy surprises, this cup leads with crisp Sansa apple acidity, deepens into pomegranate richness, and softens into a sweet cream finish. It’s layered, balanced, and endlessly drinkable.
