This is Alto Jaén, a washed process single origin Peru coffee from the Aromas Del Valle cooperative in the highlands of Jaén, Cajamarca. Sourced via Bext360 for full traceability and EUDR compliance, this lot—Gran Amojú—is a collaborative effort from hundreds of smallholder farmers growing Typica, Caturra, and other heirloom varietals across the region.

A standout among large community lots, Alto Jaén shows what happens when everyone involved gives a damn. Pear brightness, honeycomb sweetness, and a soft, mousse-like finish make this one feel both classic and fresh.
